I am a female student aged 14 to 21 years old residing in Sector 3 Vasundhara, Ghaziabad and am eager to start classes immediately. My goals are comprehensive, as I am looking to improve immunity, manage stress, assist with weight loss, and work on my general fitness. I am also interested in exploring yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies while finding remedies for body pains, increasing energy, and improving my overall flexibility.
