I fall into the above 25 yrs age group and would appreciate a trainer who can guide me through the basics and help me refine my moves in a comfortable setting. I am located in Gaur City 1, Ghaziabad, near Noida-Greater Noida Link Rd. My plan is to start dance classes immediately to stay consistent with my fitness goals.
