Developing a strong foundation in physical health and flexibility is essential for my 2 to 5 years old child. I am searching for a dedicated trainer to conduct home sessions in Adalaj Gandhinagar to assist with weight loss and providing a remedy for body pains. My goal is to find someone well-versed in diverse styles including Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. As I plan to start these classes within a month, finding the right mentor who can handle young children with patience is my top priority.
