I am looking for a professional yoga teacher in Charmwood Village, Faridabad, to conduct sessions for a female student aged above 50 years. I am open to home visits, travelling to the tutor, or online classes. My goal is to work on weight loss, general fitness, increasing energy, flexibility, and immunity while finding remedies for body pains and stress relief. I am also interested in learning about Yoga Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, and various styles including Ashtanga, Bikram, Kriya, Hatha, Kundalini, Power, and Iyengar Yoga. I would like to begin these classes immediately to support my health journey.
