I am looking for a personal yoga teacher in Faridabad NIT for one-on-one sessions. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years, I am interested in exploring yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. Additionally, my goals for these classes include increasing my energy levels, improving flexibility, boosting my immunity, managing weight, and finding relief from stress. I am flexible regarding the location and am happy to host the sessions at my home or travel to the trainer's location. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately and am open to guidance on the best style of yoga to practice.
