I am currently looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor in Green Field Colony, Faridabad to guide me through personal yoga meditation sessions. As a male student aged above 50 years, my goal is to focus on stress relief, increased energy, and better flexibility while addressing body pains and improving my overall immunity. I am particularly interested in learning about yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies, alongside practical techniques for weight loss and general fitness. I am comfortable with online classes, training at my home, or traveling to a local studio.
