Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son is a top priority right now. My son is in the 5 to 13 years old age group and is very eager to start learning Thai Yoga to improve his overall flexibility. We are based in Motibagah, Faizabad and strictly require online classes to fit into his routine. It is essential that the instructor provides a certification of completion upon the conclusion of the course to track his progress. We are planning to start these sessions within a month and are looking for a patient trainer who works well with younger students.
