Developing a strong foundation in health and fitness, I'm looking for an experienced instructor to teach Ashtanga Yoga to my son. He is between 5-13 years old and needs online classes. We are based in Elathur Chettipalayam, Erode, and are looking to start classes within a month. A certification of completion is required. He needs to learn Yoga for general fitness.
