Developing a strong foundation in physical and mental health for my son who is in the 5 to 13 years old age group is my current priority. He resides in Trippanachi, Ernad, but we are specifically seeking online classes to help him practice Yoga Meditation with a primary focus on achieving increased energy levels. It is important that the sessions are engaging and tailored for a young student. We also require a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress. We plan to start these sessions within a month and are keen to find a dedicated instructor who can work well with children.
