Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is essential for my son who is between 5 and 13 years old. I am currently searching for a dedicated teacher to conduct online classes focused on Iyengar Yoga to help him achieve better flexibility. As he progresses, it is my goal that he receives proper training to eventually become a certified yoga instructor. We are based in Chembrassei, Ernad and hope to begin these sessions within a month. Finding someone who specializes in teaching this specific style to children is my top priority to ensure he learns the correct techniques safely.
