Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is my primary goal for a 5 to 13 year old male student. I am specifically interested in learning Ashtanga Yoga through online classes to support his general fitness journey. Beyond general training, I have a clear interest in pursuing a professional path and wish to eventually become a certified yoga instructor. I plan to start these sessions within a month and am currently based in Bhilai West, Durg. I am looking for an experienced instructor who can adapt traditional techniques for a younger age group while providing guidance on the certification process.
