We are based in Thimmanallur Dindigul and prefer online classes to help him manage body pains through guided Ashtanga Yoga practice. It is essential that the instructor has experience working with young children to make the sessions engaging and effective. We plan to start these sessions within a month and require a formal certification of completion upon finishing the program.
