Although the focus is on this specific style, the ultimate purpose of these sessions is general fitness and well being for a male student in the 14 to 21 years old age group. I am based in Lokur, Dharwad, and I specifically require these training sessions to be conducted through online classes. It is important to me that the tutor provides a certification of completion upon finishing the course.
