I am planning to start bass guitar classes within a month and am specifically seeking group classes to keep the environment engaging and fun. My child is interested in learning the country folk genre to eventually play as an accompaniment to singing. Since we do not have an instrument yet, I would appreciate guidance on choosing the right gear for beginners.
