Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my primary goal for my young son. As a parent living in Saraswatpur, Dharwad, I am keen to find a dedicated Hatha Yoga instructor for my male child who is in the 2 to 5 years-old age group. The focus of these sessions will be general fitness through structured poses and breathing exercises. Since he is at a very young age, I require someone who has experience working with toddlers and can provide a certification of completion at the end of the program.
