Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Kamla Nagar, Delhi. I'm a female above 50 years old and interested in yoga for several reasons, including stress relief, general fitness, better flexibility, and to improve my immunity. I'm also interested in Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra studies and finding remedies for body pains. I'm not sure about a preferred yoga style and would like to start within a month.
