I am looking for a personal Yoga teacher in Mayur Vihar, Delhi, to help me with weight loss. I am a female between 22 to 50 years old and would prefer the classes to be conducted at my home. I am open to different Yoga styles and am not sure yet which one would suit me best, so I would appreciate guidance from an experienced instructor. I am looking to start these sessions immediately and hope to find a committed trainer who can help me achieve my fitness goals through regular practice. Please let me know your availability and experience if you are interested in conducting these home sessions.
