Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is my priority for my young son. I am currently seeking a dedicated instructor for Yoga Meditation sessions to help improve his general fitness, boost energy levels, and strengthen immunity. As he falls in the 5 to 13 years old age group, it is important that the sessions are engaging and tailored to his specific developmental needs. I am based in Mohan Garden, Delhi and am flexible with the learning arrangement as I am willing to travel or host sessions at my home.
