Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor in Pitam Pura, Delhi. I am a female in the 22-50 age group. I would prefer the yoga classes to be held at my home, though I am willing to travel. My purpose for starting yoga classes is for stress relief, as a remedy for body pains, for general fitness, to gain increased energy, and for better flexibility.
