I am above 50 years old and interested in learning various yoga styles including Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Meditation, and Kundalini Yoga. My goals include weight loss, stress relief, improved immunity, relief from body pains, better flexibility, and studying yoga philosophy.
