Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor to teach my father at our home in Rohini, Delhi. He is above 50 years old and would like to start classes immediately. He's interested in yoga primarily for stress relief and to improve immunity. We are not sure about the yoga style, so someone experienced in different types would be great. He is a male and prefers learning at My Home. Please drop a message if you can help!
