Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a yoga instructor to conduct classes at my home in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. I am above 50 years old and looking for classes primarily for general fitness, weight loss, and as a remedy for body pains. I'm a male and currently not sure about a preferred yoga style.
