Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm seeking a qualified yoga instructor for home classes in Yamuna Vihar, Delhi. I'm a female student above 50 years old and open to either having the instructor come to my home or traveling to them. My goals for yoga include increased energy, weight loss, better flexibility, remedy for body pains, general fitness, stress relief, and improved immunity. I'm ready to start yoga classes immediately.
