Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my top priority for my daughter. She falls into the 5 to 13 years old age group, and I am searching for a dedicated instructor to guide her through general fitness routines. Since she is just starting out, we are not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate an expert who can curate a beginner friendly program. We are based in Palam Delhi and prefer classes at my home, though we are willing to travel if the location is nearby.
