Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my main priority for my young son. He falls in the age group of 5 to 13 years old and is looking to start general fitness yoga classes within a month. Since we are located in Dwarka Delhi we are very flexible regarding the mode of training. We are open to sessions at my home, traveling to a nearby studio, or even engaging in online classes depending on the expertise of the instructor.
