Being a female student above 50 years of age, I am focused on improving my general fitness through consistent practice. I am not yet sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate professional guidance to determine what works best for my body. Since I plan to start yoga classes immediately, I am looking for someone patient who can visit my home for regular training.
