I am looking for a yoga instructor to help me with stress relief and improve my immunity. I'm also hoping yoga can provide a remedy for my body pains. I am a female above 50 years old and prefer classes at my home, though I am willing to travel. I am not sure about the specific yoga style, so I am open to suggestions.
