Developing a strong foundation in physical health and discipline is my priority for my young son. He is currently in the 5 to 13 years age group and I would like him to start learning yoga for general fitness within the next month. As I am not sure about the specific style of yoga that would be most suitable, I am looking for a professional instructor who can guide him appropriately at our home in Dwarka, Delhi. An experienced teacher who can keep a young boy engaged and motivated is preferred.
