Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking for a Yoga instructor who can come to my home in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group, and I'm interested in Yoga for general fitness, increased energy, stress relief, and to improve immunity. I am not sure which yoga style is best suited for me. I am also open to traveling to the instructor, so willing to travel if needed. I would like to start classes immediately.
