Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I'm looking to incorporate yoga into my routine for general fitness. I'm a female student, and the classes would be for someone in the 22-50 year old age group. I'm based in East Delhi, Delhi, and ideally, I’d like the classes to be held at my home, though I am willing to travel. I'm unsure about the preferred yoga style.
