As a male student aged above 50 years, I am specifically interested in Yoga Meditation to improve my overall physical well-being. I would prefer to have the training sessions conducted at my home in I.P. Extension, Delhi. Given the persistent nature of my discomfort, I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately.
