I need someone who can provide sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your location for classes. My primary goal for starting these sessions is to find a remedy for body pains and to maintain my general fitness. Since I am looking to start immediately, I would appreciate a tutor who is comfortable working with an age group of 22 to 50 years old.
