Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I need a customized routine that focuses on holistic health and flexibility. I am based in Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi and I am willing to travel to your studio or have you come to my home for sessions. I am eager to start yoga classes immediately and would love to work with someone who can guide me through different techniques since I am not sure which yoga style would suit me best.
