I am looking for a dedicated and experienced personal yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Defence Colony Lajpat Nagar I, Delhi. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a practitioner who can help me achieve my goals of stress relief, improved immunity, better flexibility, general fitness, weight loss, and increased energy levels. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style I want to pursue, I am looking for someone who can guide me and tailor the practice to my personal needs.
