As a female student above 50 years of age, my goal is to improve my overall well being through consistent practice. I am specifically interested in Hatha Yoga to help me achieve increased energy, better flexibility, and improved general fitness. Additionally, I am seeking relief from stress, a remedy for body pains, and support for healthy weight loss. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately and am looking for a tutor who can customize routines to meet the needs of my age group.
