As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for personalized sessions that focus on effective weight management through consistent Hatha Yoga practice. I am based in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, and I am quite flexible regarding the location of our classes as I am happy to travel to your home studio or attend sessions at my home.
