As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am eager to begin my journey toward better health immediately. I am not sure yet about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, so I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through the right practices. I am located in Sector 22, Dwarka, Delhi, and I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for classes.
