I am looking for an experienced and reliable yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am looking for a professional who can design a balanced program tailored to my needs. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance on the best approach for my wellness journey. I am based in New Delhi, Delhi, and I am comfortable with either having the sessions at my home or being willing to travel to your studio.
