I am looking for a professional and patient yoga tutor to help me with remedy for body pains through personalized sessions at my home. Being a male student in the age group of above 50 years, I am searching for someone who can guide me through safe and effective postures tailored to my specific physical needs. Although I am not sure about the preferred yoga style, I am open to suggestions that prioritize healing and mobility. I am located in Malviya Nagar, Delhi and I have a plan to start yoga classes within a month.
