I am currently looking for an experienced and patient yoga trainer to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. I am a male student above 50 years of age living in Paschim Vihar Meera Bagh Delhi and I would like the trainer to visit my home for the sessions. Since I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet I am hoping to find a professional who can assess my needs and guide me through an appropriate routine. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately to improve my health and flexibility.
