I am looking for a professional and dedicated yoga instructor to conduct personal sessions at my home in Dwarka, Delhi. I am willing to travel if necessary but prefer training at my location. My primary goals for starting these yoga classes are to achieve effective stress relief, find a remedy for recurring body pains, boost my immunity, and experience increased energy levels throughout the day. Although I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can guide me through a structured routine tailored to my needs as a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group.
