I am looking for a professional and certified yoga instructor to guide me through Pregnancy or Prenatal Yoga sessions at my home in Vasant Kunj Delhi. My primary goal for these sessions is General Fitness as I want to stay active and healthy during this phase. I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old and am specifically looking for a female instructor who has expertise in prenatal care. Although I am currently in the research phase and not sure about the exact start date, I am keen to explore my options and find the right trainer soon.
