Being a female student within the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am focused on maintaining general fitness throughout this stage of my life. My preferred location for sessions is my home in Sector 7 Dwarka, Delhi, though I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I am looking to start these classes immediately to ensure consistent progress and wellbeing.
