My focus is on achieving general fitness through consistent sessions tailored for women in the 22 to 50 age group. I am currently based in Uttam Nagar, Delhi, and I am quite flexible regarding the session delivery. I am happy to have an instructor come to my home, but I am also comfortable traveling to a nearby location if that is preferred. I am planning to start these classes immediately and would appreciate guidance from a professional who understands prenatal needs.
