Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my top priority for my young son. He falls in the age group of 5 to 13 years old and is eager to start learning Power Yoga immediately. Our goal is to focus on improving his immunity, general fitness, increased energy, and better flexibility through consistent practice. Since we are located in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, I am looking for a dedicated instructor who can conduct sessions at my home or is nearby if travel is required.
