Developing a strong foundation in overall well-being, I'm looking for an experienced yoga instructor to guide my 5-13 year-old child through online classes focused on Yoga Meditation. Our aim is to improve immunity, increase energy levels, and introduce him to Yoga Philosophy/Yoga Sutra studies, and improve flexibility. We're based in Inder Puri, Delhi, and are keen to start immediately. It is important that he is taught by someone who can connect well with young children.
