I'm a female in the 22-50 years old age group, and I'm hoping to start immediately. My purpose for taking yoga classes are for stress relief, increased energy, yoga philosophy/yoga sutra studies, remedy for body pains, general fitness, weight loss, better flexibility, and to improve immunity.
