Balancing my daily responsibilities and studies, I am looking for a qualified yoga instructor to provide classes at My Home in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. I am above 50 years old and want to start Immediately. My aim is to achieve Stress Relief, find a Remedy for Body pains, support Weight loss, Improve immunity, and achieve General Fitness. I am interested in various yoga styles, including Iyengar Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Bikram Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Meditation, Patanjali Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga.
