Being a male in the 22 to 50 years age group, I am searching for a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through various poses and breathing techniques, even though I am not yet sure about the specific style of yoga that suits me best. I am based in Sector 22, Dwarka, Delhi and am very comfortable with home sessions, though I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. My plan is to begin these classes immediately to stay consistent with my wellness goals.
