Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am looking for a professional trainer who can guide me through effective routines tailored for a female student. I am open to different yoga styles as I am not entirely sure which would suit me best yet. Regarding the logistics, I am flexible and comfortable with sessions either at my home or by traveling to yours within the Tilak Nagar area in Delhi.
